Sure, your boss is not perfect, far from it, but your boss is not toxic. What this actually means?
This means your boss may be open to hear your complaints and make an effort to change. But, even if this is not the case, your work is not completely contaminated by toxicity. Maybe you are too sensitive or you may be interpreting some things differently from your boss. Keep in mind that your boss is human too and mistakes are allowed. Our advice for you is to try to think of some new approaches to your job. Always remember that people change, and you are allowed to change your behavior. Do not become all caught up in your work routine or become too lazy to think about the efforts you are able to make in order to improve your job experience. Do not wait for others to make your life better, do it by yourself.
