Toxic Boss Community started as a one-woman show. This website is completely built by a young woman who was bullied at her job for almost 6 years by her toxic boss. This website is built as a human need to share the story and help others who are in similar positions. 

As time passed, many other people wanted to support the Toxic Boss Community. Now, we have collaborators who help us reach out and make a real change in the world.
